This page explains what happens to the information you choose to include when you make an enquiry on the ONWOL website.
What an enquiry includes
The contact form asks for your first name, last name, and email address. You may also add a salutation, your country of residence, and a message. When you open the contact form from a journey or experience page, the title of that journey or experience is shown with your form and written into your draft.
Only the answers you type and that one title are part of the enquiry. Nothing else is collected.
How Draft Enquiry works
Selecting Draft Enquiry prepares an email in your own email app, addressed to ONWOL, with your answers in the message. The website does not send it. Nothing reaches ONWOL until you send that email yourself from your own email app.
Copy Enquiry copies the same text so you can paste it wherever you like; copying does not send it either. Your answers stay in the open page and are not stored on this website.
